Everyday John feels that God has a done a serious error in designing his body, but he never thinks about the chocolates and cakes he eats. Often obese people find other reasons being fat and loose which never can give solutions to the problem. Some fat people hide themselves from world while others posses a good social attitude irrespective of their abnormal appearance.
Most of the times, obese people don't rate their problem as a disease, if they do so, they would give more importance towards their health. And many obese children still eat lots and lots of junk food and no stopping them by their parents. On other side, many adults and even teenagers go fat day by day and still they don't even think of exercise for at least half an hour a day.
Besides these, there are some patients who are obese because of the genetic disorders. And we normally see people spending dollars n dollars to get rid of extra weight. "Pay 100$ - loose 2 inches", "pay 10,000 rupees - loose 10 Kgs" we normally see such kind of advertisements here and there often, do they work? Can a small pill kill 100 Kgs of fat? Obviously no!
Then what's the solution? At this hour of recession, where people are finding difficult to get on with day to day life, where can they bring extra money to control their weight? Somehow recession helped in some or other way in controlling the flow of costly useless junk food. But there still need to be a proper solution for this problem. Yes and the only solution is to take charge of your body by yourself.
Burn the calories on your own. When you can perform a task extremely well and committed in your school or office, why can't you take it as challenge? Yes no pills, no surgeries, no alternate medicine and no wastage of big money at this hour of economic difficulty. Get into a public gym or pay a little and go to a private one, doesn't matter you are 100kg, 150 or 200! You workout daily, remind all your tragic moments in your life being a obese person, put your diet on control, take alternate traditional food with raw vegetables, fruits and fibre content food.
Might be difficult for a day or week or a month, but ultimately you will be habituated to your new life. Spend maximum time at gym and do workouts as directed by your trainer. If you can alter your life style, that's it you're done. And no more worries of 'obesity budget' in your income. And last but not least, remember obesity is a disease which can be cured by self in most of the cases, and normal people do remember 'prevention is better than cure'.
