KITCHENER - A 40-year-old Kitchener man has been charged with assault with a weapon and forcible confinement following a standoff on Strasburg Road Friday. A three-vehicle accident Friday in Auburn, Cayuga County, killed one person and sent three others to the hospital. Killed in the 8:35 a.m. crash was Colleen A. Trousdale, 56, of Port Byron.
