60 Second Secrets To Better Health!

Sometimes through the course of our day we need a rescue relief to help us get through the drudgery of routines. Then, there are times when we need all the help we can get! We are constantly on an endless cycle of habitual doings and endless negative thoughts that can trigger the stress response within our bodies. Many times we need rescue relief just to get through our day!

Here are some very easy secrets to help your body function at its peak, and bring you to a level of health that can protect your immune system. Good health should be proactive not reactive. When we learn little things that can dissolve the stress that attacks our mind and bodies we become proactive. We need to perform some of these secrets to ensure we maintain a level of health that is optimal.

60 second Secrets:

1. Take 8 deep breaths with you eyes closed-exhale the breath very slowly
2. Before you get out of bed in the morning- open your eyes and begin to give thanks for your great health!! Even if it not true-When you begin to say it, you begin to believe it and you internalize it- so it becomes real!!
3. Take your vitamins on a daily basis!
4. Drink a cup of warm water with a bit of lemon juice, and a dash of cayenne pepper every morning on an empty stomach
5. Believe that you are healthy and say it to yourself 25 times!
6. Take a 60 second walk away from your desk in the middle of the day
7. Take a 60 second meditation minute!
8. Hold your smile for 60 seconds in front of a mirror!
9. Kick off your shoes and walk through the grass for 60 seconds!
10. Roll your shoulders, and roll your head from side to side.
11. Sing your favorite song for 60 seconds with a smile on your face!
12. Stroke your dog or cat for 60 seconds and relax!

Do this every day and watch the value of your days increase and you will begin to feel more vital and alive.
