It's quite popular (and a bit cliche, to be honest) to quote Murphy's Law - the adage saying that anything that can possible go wrong, will go wrong. But that's a bit pessimistic. In the world of health and fitness, we're all about positivity and looking toward the future so we can make the most of it. Sure, some things don't go exactly as planned, and rarely does everything good that could possible happen actually occur, all at once. But there's no need to be discouraged. Because sometimes, the stars seem to align and everything works out perfectly.
Take, for example, the existence of the 2:1 Protein Bar. The manufacturer boldly proclaims, "The future of protein bars has finally arrived" - and it seems that is indeed the case. The 2:1 Protein Bars take everything that is wrong with other similar products and eliminates them from its formula. In effect, the 2:1 Protein Bar is the result of everything in a supplement formula going right at once. Both those looking to gain muscle and those looking to drop fat will be satisfied with this bar and all that it provides.
The 2:1 Protein Bar will be particularly attractive to dieters because it manages to do what seemingly no other convenient supplement can do - provide more protein than carbohydrates. In fact, the ratio isn't even close - it's, well, 2:1 in terms of grams of protein versus grams of carbohydrates. With 30 to 32 grams of protein and 15 to 16 grams of carbohydrates per bar, depending on flavor, this is the ultimate low-carb nutrition bar. The carbs it does include, though, are not bad - 2:1 Bars have between one and six grams of fiber, and between three and six grams of sugar.
The protein blend isn't too shabby, either. With primarily whey protein isolate, you're getting a high-quality product. 2:1 Bars also contain milk protein isolate and soy protein isolate, which have more gradual digestion rates and will keep you in an anabolic state for a longer period of time. And it's rare to find a bar with this much protein that is under 300 calories; the Oatmeal variety provides the best bang for your buck - 250 calories, six grams of fiber and 32 grams of protein.
The positives don't end there. These bars also have a number of great extras - the kind of ingredients you usually only find in expensive, "designer" protein blends. These include CLA, a fatty acid that promotes lean mass gain and fat loss; fish oils, which provide Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids; glutamine, a powerful amino acid for muscle recovery and growth, and BCAAs, among other ingredients.
And unlike a lot of protein bars, 2:1 Bars have a nice, chewy consistency that doesn't scream "Nutrition Bar" or "Health Food." It's more like a snack food, although the taste isn't as decadent as a candy bar. But considering the nutritional profile, the flavoring is great. 2:1 Bars come in five flavors: Almond Caramel Crunch, Cookies and Cream, Oatmeal, Peanut Butter Brownie and White Crispy Crunch. With so many varieties, you'd be hard-pressed to find a flavor you didn't like with an ingredient profile you can't help but love, whether dieting or gaining.

I've gotten great results keeping my carbs lower and I like the fact that the Quest bars have only 4 carbs per bar and they use absolutely zero sugar or sugar alcohols.
They also use no soy protein.
I try not to eat to many in a day because I still think real food is best.
I think they're only available online:
