Diet Pills - Do They Work Or Not

Diet pills have become a world-wide fad. It seems that everytime I end up on a weight loss website I can't click around in the site without seeing some type of reference to a diet pill or one trying to be sold to me. This made my curiosity wonder, do diet pills really work? Recently, the United States banned ephedra based pills due to the ingredients that were used. Since then, there seems to be all types of pills that use natural ingredients and herbs that promise to lose you weight. Lately, I have been seeing around advertisements for pill called Proactol. It is said to be a "clinically proven fat binder." What it does in essence is binds over your fat intake. It reduces the amount of calories per meal that someone would take in from fats. On top of that benefit, it also promises to significally reduce your appetite and any cravings you may have. It seems almost too good to be true, how can one take a pill and all of a sudden just lose all cravings, appetites, and literally have the fat intake zapped out of your stomach. I ordered a bottle of these pills and what I found was amazing. This all natural pill not only reduced my appetites but immediately made me lose about 5 pounds within 3-4 days. I checked with my doctor to make sure this was healthy, and he told me that I could buy most of these ingredients over the counter and from the places they bought them from. Basically he said it was nothing more than an amazing herbal supplement. This put my mind at rest and to this day I have lost over 40 pounds. I highly recommend you check out Proactol for yourself.
