4 Cures For Snoring

Snoring sucks! Trust me I had to deal with it for over 11 years. My wife eventually went to the couch it got so bad. Well that's why I'm going to share with you 4 easy cures to end your snoring. I want to help out all the guys out there who struggle with this problem (and ladies). I actually showed my dad these cures for snoring. My mom actually moved into my own room I had when I was a kid. She couldn't sleep my dad's snoring was so loud. Well helping him get this under control made me feel really good. That's why I want to share these cures with you! These 4 tips will definitely get your wife off the couch and back in your bed where she belongs!

My first cure for snoring, and hopefully this wont sound too cliché, is to get your lazy butt some exercise, and some healthy food. Ramen noodles aren't cutting it here. Neither is the dollar menu at Mickey Dees. Use the stairs instead of the elevator, and instead of that soda, drink some water or fruit juice. Even a diet soda is better than a soda. But whatever you do, don't trade out the soda for beer. This would only add to your problem.

Ok I don't like this one, but it works. Cut out the booze! Alcohol actually increases your snoring, same with eating a meal before you go to bed. Your body needs some time to digest all the food you're giving it. My general rule is don't eat or drink alcohol 3-4 hours before going to bed. Just follow this little snoring cure and your wife will thank you. She'll also be happy you quit drinking!

Another useful tip is sleeping on your side. By doing this you will open up your air passage and it will be easier for you to breathe in all the wonderful air. Of course you may be like me and refuse to sleep on your side for any reason, so this particular snoring cure wont help you. No need to worry, my next cure for snoring is right up your alley.

Tilt your head back a few inches when you sleep. I used to roll a pillow up under my neck, but I saw one of those fancy tempur-pedic pillows and I couldn't resist. The only problem with the pillow is it seems to wind up under my wife's head in the morning. Maybe I didn't cure snoring after all. Maybe she just wants my pillow, just kidding.

Well those are my 4 cures for snoring. Hopefully you will actually use these tips. These cures wont help your computer to stop snoring. They're only good if you take these tips and actually use them. A simple way to remember them is to remember E.A.S.T. E is for Exercise and healthy eating. A is for no ALCOHOL. S is for SLEEP on your SIDE. And T is for TILT. If you follow this simple guide you will be on your way to being snore free!
